Fredric Magner
Fredric Magner became an IT Advisor for UST in June of 2006.

Mr. Magner is the former Chief Information Officer of Unocal, an $8 billion global energy company. At Unocal, he led the transformation of information technology from a second-tier support function to a key element of company-wide strategy.

Prior to Unocal, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Services Division at Treasury Services Corporation (TSC), a software and consulting company focused on the financial services market. When Oracle acquired TSC to provide the foundation for Oracle Financial Services, his responsibilities shifted to global market development and deployment.

Mr. Magner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.

Ron Parmelee
Ron Parmelee became an IT Advisor for UST in January of 2005.

Mr. Parmelee retired from Safeway as a Group Vice President in December of 2004. He spent his entire career with Safeway where he was responsible for all IT functions with the exception of operations. He developed and implemented the retail technology for Safeway, established the organization necessary to support the installation in over 2,500 stores, directed the IT divestiture of approximately 1,200 stores following the 1986 LBO, and assisted in the IT activities that were required for the acquisitions of Vons, Carrs, Dominicks, and Randalls.

In addition, he established Philtech, a Philippine-based operation that provides helpdesk, system support, and development activities for Safeway. He has served numerous food marketing industry committees including the Electronic Payment Group.

Mr. Parmelee received an MBA from San Jose State.

Wolfgang B. Strigel
Wolfgang B. Strigel became an IT Advisor for UST in March of 2007.

Mr. Strigel is the Co-founder and President of QA Labs Inc. Before its merger with UST in 2006, QA Labs was one of the largest and leading North American independent software testing companies. Its services included quality assurance, quality assurance outsourcing, consulting, and training. Prior to QA Labs, he was the founder and President of Software Productivity Centre Inc. Before this, he was a Vice President at MacDonald Dettwiler.

He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of IEEE Software Magazine, a member of IEEE, ACM, PMI, and ASQC. He is a renowned speaker at international conferences and participates in several conference program committees.

Mr. Strigel holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Munich, Germany), a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and an MBA from SFU, Vancouver, Canada.

Carl Wilson
Carl Wilson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Marriott International, Inc., a leading worldwide hospitality company. He joined Marriott in 1997, where he has served as the CIO and Vice President of Information Resources. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President of Management Information Services for the Food and International Retailing Sectors of Grand Metropolitan Plc. and Vice President of Information Management for The Pillsbury Company, Inc.

Mr. Wilson holds a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.E.P. from the University of Minnesota. He serves on various Boards, including the AT&T Executive Customer Advisory Council; and the Board of Directors of both Global eXchange Services, Inc. and Rivermine Software, Inc.
